Embark on a journey through South-East Asia with head chef, Chef Ta Van’s crafted degustation menu and all-new a la carte menu items at Blue Jade
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 14 February 2023: The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai’s chic South-East Asian eatery, Blue Jade, has launched an all-new ‘Taste with Ta Van’ tasting menu comprised of Chef Ta Van’s signature dishes from Thailand, Singapore, Japan and China. The degustation menu brings guests on a culinary voyage through the bustling back streets of Tokyo, to the historic and tranquil waters of the Saigon River and beyond. The venue has also launched a series of new menu à la carte menu items, as well as updated timings for their decadent Saigon Social brunch.
The distinctive tasting menu includes fragrant and authentic dishes such as spicy tuna with crispy rice, soft shell crab rice paper rolls, lotus wrapped sea bass, Peking duck, lemon grass crème brûlée with sesame crunch and a number of other options. Guests can choose to indulge in all nine courses, or opt for seven, five or three courses from the select menu.
The destination’s a la carte menu, which showcases the aromas and diversity of the South-East Asian region with a contemporary twist, has launched a number of tasty additions for the New Year. Guests can enjoy an extra special wok fried chili lobster, seared and fried crab, an array of dim sum, gyozas, bao buns, and much more. The enchanting restaurant will also continue to host its enduringly popular Vietnamese themed brunch offering guests signature Saigon dishes, succulent street food and a modern take on classics during the evening dining spectacular, which will now take place from Friday, 7pm-10pm.
