British Orchard Nursery Opens New Branch at Dubai Public Prosecution to Support Emirati Working Mothers

Dubai, UAE, 4th December 2024British Orchard Nursery has partnered with Dubai Public Prosecution to open a new branch offering high-quality childcare and early education to its employees’ children. Officially inaugurated by His Excellency Chancellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai, this marks the 16th branch in collaboration with UAE government entities.

The nursery, part of the national effort to support Emirati women, provides on-site facilities, helping working mothers balance their careers and family life. Dr. Vandana Gandhi, CEO and Founder of British Orchard Nursery, emphasized the importance of this initiative in empowering women, particularly Emirati mothers, and contributing to the success of the UAE’s Education 33 strategy.

Since its first nursery opened 15 years ago at RTA, the on-site childcare model has proven successful in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, allowing mothers to return to work sooner while maintaining a balance between their professional and personal lives.

The Dubai Public Prosecution spokesperson expressed confidence that the nursery would enhance employee well-being by providing trusted, quality care for their children, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for working families.

British Orchard Nursery’s curriculum integrates Arabic, Islamic studies, and UAE cultural values, helping children develop essential skills while fostering a strong local identity and global readiness. The nursery continues its mission to support working parents and expand its services across the UAE.
