On Tuesday, 31st December, guests can enjoy an unlimited set menu offering options across snacks, mains, and desserts, allowing diners to mix and match from some of Black Tap’s most loved dishes. Starters include crowd pleasers such as Guac & Chips with smashed avocado and pico de gallo, crispy Fried Mozz with smoky chipotle tomato sauce, Atomic Shrimp tossed with Asian spices and sesame seeds, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders served with house sauces. Wing lovers can choose between spicy Mexican Hot Wings or sweet and spicy Korean BBQ, both served with signature dips.
For mains, guests can select from Black Tap’s iconic craft burgers, each served with a choice of Idaho fries, sweet potato fries, or house salad. Options include the classic All American, the indulgent Old Fashioned with Swiss cheese and caramelised onions, the ever popular Truffle Burger with wagyu beef and black truffle mayo, The Champ topped with blue cheese, as well as a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a Vegan Falafel Burger, ensuring something for every taste.
To end the night on a sweet, show stopping note, the dessert course features a choice of Black Tap’s signature CrazyShake creations.
